I am now closing this thread to keep all reports in one place. The Flickr photo-sharing website has been extensively updated with new functions, including Uploadr, which searches for photos on personal hard drives and uploads them to a private Flickr album in the background, and Camera Roll, which aligns images in reverse chronological order. It sounds like your issue is resolved, but please contact support if it continues. Updates to the photo-sharing site Flickr have made it a more effective storage, collation, edit and search option. I am sending over an email now to see what is taking place.
Click the Photos tab and navigate to the directory/folder that you want to upload to Flickr, select the checkbox if you want to include sub-folders, and then click the Upload button to start uploading. Automatically uploading new images to Flickr is simple. It looks like have an open thread on this subject here. Once connected, PicBackMan interface will display your Flickr username. The upload stage takes maybe 2 seconds, so there's something on. This newer app is 'Processing' photos at the rate of one every 30-40 seconds at best, when I easily could get every 5-10 seconds on the previous version.

Having the exact same problem (Chrome 1.101 on Windows 10). IMO the previous iteration of the uploader, as buggy as it was, at least uploaded photos quickly. This appears to have started at the same time bulk approvals of groups I admin (50 or 60 photographs at a time) has slowed to less than a snails pace.
